Muztagh Ata
Muztagh Ata(75.116272/38.275990) means the father of glacier mountain in local language,one of three most high mountains on the pamir, Kongur (7719m), Kongur Tobe Feng (7595m) and Muztagh Ata(7546m).The thicknes of glacier is about100~200 meters,the snow line is about 5200m.
There are two routes to the summit of Muztagh ata,the route of west ridge~traditionel route and the route of south ridge~new route.Every year,there are hundreds of climbers come to BC of Muztaghat for climbing and ski,she is the most high mountain for ski in the world.
Above the altitude of 7500m,the average temperature is about -20°C and there is often big wind 7 degree.
